Walk into any public venue and you will probably find people using their phones for a several purposes, from conducting business calls to checking their email to updating their Facebook/Instagram/ TikTok. Our phones have become an inextricable part of our lives. But does this reliance on smartphones have any impact on our Life?

  1. Use Wired Hands free/ Headphones (Not Bluetooth Devices)
  2. Keep your phone at least on 3 Feet distance when not in use
  3. Don’t use phone while charging
  4. Put a time limit of phone Usage
  5. Don’t use phone at least 1 Hour before going to sleep
  6. Don’t use phone for at least 2 hours after wakeup
  7. Use some applications which analyses & shows you how much you use phone in last 24 Hours & where you spend most of the time.
  8. Don’t Give smartphones to Children below age 8
  9. Use any good Branded smartphone which emits less Radiations.
  10. Put your phone on Airplane Mode if Possible & keep on at least 5 Feet distance while sleeping in nights.
